Our spring menu brings with it lighter dishes. Mayura wagyu with the season's first greens, hitsumabushi - enjoyed two ways as an unagi don or broiled eel dashichazuke with a refreshing genmaicha broth. A chilled uni chawanmushi with spring blooms, delicate prawn and crab sushi, and the pure flavours of Japanese tea captured in a kuzumochi dessert.

With the warmer weather, we are also delighted to feature a dish from Yu-u, which Head Chef Yoshiki Tano once owned. The dish is kushiyaki - a Yu-u signature - with Japanese and Australian wagyu skewers, yakitori (chicken), and an assortment of condiments and sauces. You may also like to purchase one of our bamboo grills for a charming outdoor experience.
