November and December 2025 Reservations
Reservations for November and December 2025 will open on Wednesday, 1st October 2025.
From the 1st November 2025, the price of our omakase menu will be $325 per person.

Summer Holiday Closure
Minamishima will be closed for Summer break from Thursday, 25th December 2025 to Tuesday, 13th January 2025.
We will reopen and resume service on Wednesday, 14th January 2026.
Minamishima is open from 6pm to 10.30pm, Tuesday to Saturday. We are closed on Sunday, Monday and public holidays.
We offer two seatings at the sushi counter:
1st session: 6pm to 8pm
2nd session: 8.30pm to 10.30pm
Sushi counter seats are for reservations of 1-2 guests.
Reservations with more than 2 guests are seated in our dining room.
We also have three private dining rooms which can be booked for 6 guests and above.
These can be booked from 6pm.
The Menu
We serve a single, omakase menu priced at $295 per person ($325 from 1st November 2025).
There are no menus or a la carte options at Minamishima. The experience is led by the chef, the produce and the seasons. Please let us know of any dietary requirements when you book.
Reservations
Reservations are essential and taken one month in advance via phone. We open reservations from 12pm on the first day of each month.

We do not accept SMS reservations sent to our mobile.
Please note that card payments may incur a surcharge of 1.1% to 1.7%.
