Winter Holiday 2026
Minamishima will be taking a Winter Holiday from Sunday 28 June until Tuesday 14 July. We look forward to welcoming you back from Wednesday 15 July.
July and August 2026 Reservations
Reservations for July and August 2026 are currently open.
Minamishima is open from 6pm to 10.30pm, Tuesday to Saturday.
We offer two seatings at the sushi counter for 1-2 guests, at 6pm and 8.30pm. Reservations with more than 2 guests are seated in our dining room.
We also have three private dining rooms that can seat up to eight guests.
We open reservations online and via phone from 12pm on the first day of each month for the next month.
To make a reservation, you may do so online or by calling us on 03 9429 5180 between 12pm and 5pm, Tuesday to Saturday.
We serve a single, omakase menu at Minamishima, priced at $325 per person - led by the chef, the produce and the seasons.
Reservations are essential.
