Summer Holiday
Minamishima will take a short summer break from Friday 25 December 2026, through to Tuesday 12 January 2027.
We will reopen on Wednesday 13 January 2027 and look forward to welcoming you once again as the new year begins.
Minamishima is open from 6pm to 10.30pm, Tuesday to Saturday.
We offer two seatings at the sushi counter for 1-2 guests, at 6pm and 8.30pm. Reservations with more than 2 guests are seated in our dining room.
We also have three private dining rooms that can seat up to eight guests.
We open reservations online and via phone from 12pm on the first day of each month for the next month. For phone reservations, please call us on 03 9429 5180 between 12pm and 5pm, Tuesday to Saturday.
Reservations are essential.
We serve a single, omakase menu at Minamishima, priced at $325 per person, and led by the chef, the produce and the seasons. Given the nature of our menu, we are unable to accommodate dietary requirements without advance notice.
