Summer Holiday
Minamishima will be closed from Sunday 31st December 2023 to Monday 22nd January 2024 for our Summer break. We will return on Tuesday 23rd January 2024.

Minamishima is open from 6pm to 10.30pm, Tuesday to Saturday. We are closed on Sunday, Monday and public holidays.
We offer two seatings at the sushi counter:
1st session: 6pm to 8pm
2nd session: 8.30pm to 10.30pm
Sushi counter seats are for reservations of 1-2 guests.
Reservations with more than 2 guests are seated at in our dining room.
We also have three private dining rooms which can be booked for 6 guests and above.
These can be booked from 6pm.
The Menu
We serve a single, omakase menu priced at $295 per person.
There are no menus or a la carte options at Minamishima. The experience is led by the chef, the produce and the seasons. Please let us know of any dietary requirements when you book.
Reservations
Reservations are essential and taken one month in advance via phone. We open reservations from 12pm on the first day of each month.

Please note that card payments may incur a surcharge of 1.1% to 1.7%.
