Winter Holiday
Minamishima will be closed from Sunday 23rd June to Monday 8th July for our Winter break. We will reopen on Tuesday 9th July.
July and August 2024 Reservations
We will be accepting July and August 2024 reservations from Saturday 1st June. To make your reservation, please call us on +61 3 9429 5180 or 0466 333 915 between 12pm and 5pm, Tuesday to Saturday.
Minamishima is open from 6pm to 10.30pm, Tuesday to Saturday. We are closed on Sunday, Monday and public holidays.
We offer two seatings at the sushi counter:
1st session: 6pm to 8pm
2nd session: 8.30pm to 10.30pm
Sushi counter seats are for reservations of 1-2 guests.
Reservations with more than 2 guests are seated at in our dining room.
We also have three private dining rooms which can be booked for 6 guests and above.
These can be booked from 6pm.
The Menu
We serve a single, omakase menu priced at $295 per person.
There are no menus or a la carte options at Minamishima. The experience is led by the chef, the produce and the seasons. Please let us know of any dietary requirements when you book.
Reservations
Reservations are essential and taken one month in advance via phone. We open reservations from 12pm on the first day of each month.

Please note that card payments may incur a surcharge of 1.1% to 1.7%.
